Once you have placed your order, it will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. If the product you have ordered is in backorder (Out of stock), we will send you a notification to tell you when it will be back in stock. It will also be written on the product page.

Once shipped, you will received an email confirmation with your track and trace link. The delivery time will then depend on the shipping method chosen. Please note that some delays can be experienced by the carrier.

Your order will be shipped from France with Colissimo and will be handed over to the corresponding carrier in your country. Here are our delivery options as well as the destinations:

Europe and International:

€50 to €100: Tracked Shipping | 2-10 Business Days: €6.00

€100 to €150: Tracked Shipping | 2-10 Business Days: €3.00

€150 and more: Tracked Shipping | 2-10 Business Days: Free

It is possible to modify or cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. You can do so by reaching us via our Contact Us page.

If your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to make any changes. If you don't want to receive it anymore, you can refuse it to the carrier or send it back by yourself. The return costs will be at your expense. Please read our Return/Refund/Exchange Policy for more information.

This means that your product is not in stock anymore. We will notice you if and when the item will be back in stock. Furthermore, the product page will also display a back in stock date. If not available anymore, we will offer you to choose another product, to receive a store credit or a refund.
