Return/Refund/Exchange policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. After this period, we can’t offer you a partial refund, refund, store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us via our Contact Us page providing us your full name, order number, reason of return and, if concerned, some pictures showing the defect on your product(s). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank, credit card or other payment method company to process and post your refund.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, contact your bank, credit card or payment method company. If you still have not received your refund after contacting them, please contact us via our Contact Us page.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for another item, send us an email with your full name, order number, the reason for the exchange and the product you want to receive via our Contact Us page. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide you with the right solution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
